It would seem to be under construction, when I built panels the perspex sheet stopping access to live parts was the last item fitted. Except for final picture of girls crossing a road all the pictures are blurred on the link, maybe slow connection, I had the same problem when putting loads on pictures on one page, I moved to using java-script and showing no more than 3 at a time and auto changing them.
The one picture you show on this page does seem to show the problems I had when building a panel, I would plan it all, then find something changed from plan, I remember deciding to use two 24 volt contactors for example to switch off supply if emergency stop was pressed, I did not have any in stock, so used 400 volt versions to space everything out, then when they arrived found 24 volt version was larger. I also decided to fit the inverter in the panel, then found it interfered with the ASii system. It does not seem to matter how hard you try, with one off panels there is always something which does not go according to plan.
I note the flash over guards are missing on the moulded breakers however it is so easy to slide them in that could be yet to be done.
