I've just had a Velux window replaced in my bathroom prior to having a new bathroom fitted later in the year.

There are some small chips in the white paint on the new wooden window frame and the fitter has suggested a £20 discount to pay for me or the bathroom fitter to redecorate it and I'm not sure whether to accept it.

Is it a case of just touching up the paint or would I need to sand it down first?

Also, what would be the best paint to use?
