We have a velux window in our living room that we have notice a small leak that is craking through the paint and plaster. I have taken a quick look and from the photo it looks like the frame is bent slightly, could this be the cause?
A neighbor has had a leak also and there was much worse and the cause was a screw in the frame wasn't tightened up correctly. Could this be the problem for us too? If so, where would I find the screws as it's all sealed in from what I can initially see.
