Touran trim screws and bolts

Hi there
I'm restoring a 2005 VW Touran and need to replace the screws that hold wheel arch liners and so on. They are torx 25-30 and have a broad self-tapper sort of thread.
So I need to know where to get them and it would be helpful to know what to call them as a start I know I will need to hack out and replace all sorts of other screws and such.

Any ideas?
