Got these self tapping screws holding the ply onto the walls of my van. I wanted to put some bolts on the other side so needed to take the ply out so unscrewed these self tappers. They have a self cutting part at end of screw. Is it ok to unscrew them then screw them back in?

Sure, these are self drilling screws and they can be removed in the usual way.
John :)
I'll just edit this one to say - as self tapping screws by their nature are very hard and sharp, they will cut the self drilled hole away to some degree - so its probably best not to undo them dozens of times!

You can always replace them with ordinary self tappers, slightly bigger ones if the hole gets enlarged
