Can these self tapping screws be taken in and out?

Sure, these are self drilling screws and they can be removed in the usual way.

I'll just edit this one to say - as self tapping screws by their nature are very hard and sharp, they will cut the self drilled hole away to some degree - so its probably best not to undo them dozens of times!

i have fitted out several vans and normal twin wood screws will work in seconds without a pilot hole
