Hey,

I have a standard white radiator and the connection to it comes from the base of the floor? Is this okay for a towel radiator to go into this connection the same way?

I have noticed from images that they tend to show the connection coming from the wall and not the floor.

Thanks for your help!

You mean like that?

Mine are both like that as they replaced existing radiators. One of mine has straight valves like that one, the other one the pipes came out of the floor together then turn at right angles - so that one need right angle valves.

You don't get the valves with the radiator - you buy those after so just get the ones you need.

You can get chrome effect pipe covers and collars for the floor to tidy up the pipe work.

If it is to be used as heating as well as a towel radiator ensure that the BTU output is somewhere near that of the existing radiator, lots of them have pathetic outputs which is ok for warming towels but won't warm the room.
