I have a radiator like this in my bathroom and the top of it, left side, just suddenly started spouting water. It was bled dry this afternoon, about an hour or so ago but at no point did I touch the top of the radiator. I turned off the water and tightened the bit at the top and then turned the water back on and it has stopped leaking. What is up with it? Will it leak again?

The chrome hexagon bit has an 'o' ring underneath it that creates the water seal, and this should be tightened down with a spanner. The white plastic bit should still be able to rotate - its just a nozzle that can direct the water when the rad is bled.
The square bit in the middle of the white plastic is the bleed valve itself which should be tightened by hand only.
Lets put this down to coincidence?
John :)
