TR3100EU Thermostat - Unable to alter the room temp?

Hi there, we have a number of these stats dotted around the house but the one in my sons room does not seem to be working. If I try and override the temp the boiler would normally fire up and bring the room temp up to the desired. However this is not working and the room stays to 16o.

I've tried to reset this unit but it didn't make any difference. The stats are running a wet underfloor heating sys for ref.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.

Solution: Changed the setting from AF to A now fixed
