I doubt itYes loads but I only mentioned the ones that I can identify with the highest hit rate, Eritrean and Ethiopian are tricky to get right all the time and so are Ukrainian, fairly accurate on my Egyptian and Iranian though. And getting it right also depends on if the person is Male or Female for instance Hindu or Sikh when it comes to women.
It will be the usual suspects...

Like saying John is a common Spanish name as there are a good few Johns living in Spain..

What makes names like Mike, John, Simon, Jack "British sounding" and makes names like Mohammed, Rishi, Sajid, Khalid, not sound British?Looooserr

What makes names like Mike, John, Simon, Jack "British sounding" and makes names like Mohammed, Rishi, Sajid, Khalid, not sound British?
Note - this has nothing to do with how common these names are. It has nothing to do with whether you would use them for a child of yours, it's about your view of how they "sound".
The names in https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/train-stabbings.651700/post-6132354 were all British ones.
What's the reason you say they don't sound it, when they are?
