another handy hint.....if you can use london midland trains, click the box thats says "london midland only" and the fares are unbelievably cheap, but you can only use them on that network but its quite big....Liverpool right down to Euston. :D

megatrain offer good deals too, but on a limited set of routes...

Rarely use the trains, but know what to do next time I book. More reliable than the Melody as well for long-haul. :LOL:

But what about if, like your good self, you live north of Liverpool?
Do you pay over the odds for that part of the journey or can you get a cheap fare, single train direct between Liverpool and, in your case, Blackpool?
