I plan to cover my kitchen worktops with Travertine mosaic tiles as I am a complete novice can someone offer me good sound advice as to how to do this i.e. how to prep formica surface, what adhesive, grout (food compliant) would I need, what sealant (food compliant) would you recommend, and any other advice i may need.
Thanks,
Lenkhleb

Sorry but I can never see the point in tiling a kitchen worktop. Keeping it clean enough for food prep, especially the grout, will be a nightmare and if you drop anything remotely weighty on it then expect some damage.
