Help!

Have a problem with the above boiler since I switched it on this autumn.

Fired it up as normal, it ran for a few seconds, coughed several times, produced some smoke as if it was unburnt fuel and since have been unable to restart it, although motor/fan runs ok.

Removed the burner unit, removed all the soot and carbon, thinking it would cure the problem, but no joy!

Filters have been cleaned and fuel flowing to burner unit.

Have seen baffles mentioned a lot, but where are they, on the burner unit or inside the boiler? If inside there doesn't appear to be much room to access them.

Any help would be appreciated.
