Trianco oil boiler won't fire

I assume this part is not supposed to get very hot then?
from all descriptions given it sounds like a classic case of the solenoid coil breaking down when its starting to get hot

to determine cost i will need the details from the burner and oil pump
The part itself is a Danfoss part no.071n0051. This any help?
