Tripped Pressure Relief Device on Electric shower

Sponsored Links
I have been suffering from lower pressure on a Gainsbourgh 965 electric Shower.
So I decided to change the shower head. Everything was going smoothly, pressure 100 times better until...... 3 mins in from using the new shower head the pressure drops and water starts firing out of the back of the shower!!!!
Reading the instructions I discover that the Pressure Release device has been fired, and I need to contact the Customer Service Dept. It also says that my warranty may now be invalidated!!!!!

Any suggestions anyone please?

it was you that told us it's a 965
never heard of one.

Not sure on Gainsboro but Triton were a replaceable cartridge on inlet!!
That's very odd, because all current Triton models have the PRD on the can outlet.
