Triton Caselona II - no output

Hi All

I have a Triton Caselona II that has worked for over a year no problems - but now have no water output...

The mains light is lit on the pull cord
The neon is lit when the shower is 'off '

When switched to ' on' the neon goes out

No water output via showerhead or via PRD

Any ideas ..................?

My thoughts are! No water output means no water input.
I would think there is a solenoid operated valve, which does not open because the solenoid coil is faulty.
Should be able to test solenoid for continuity

If this is all refering to the shower neon then the pullcord has a loose connection/burnt etc or the pullcord is faulty.
Also check the showers L-N connections.

Yep the neon is on but I would say ' dim '

if the shower is switched to on then neon goes off

So this could be down to the pull cord switch ? it's quite old

if the shower neon is dim and the pullcord neon is bright check the shower L-N terminals first.
