Triton Electric Shower

Hi, I keep having problems with the PRD going in my shower. My previous Triton shower first had the problem, and the PRD was replaced twice. Finally decided to upgrade the shower, and now have a Triton Opal 3, which has been fitted less than a year, and the PRD has gone on this one now also. The hose was not blocked, nor kinked when using. The showerhead was not full of limescale, so not sure what would be causing this to keep happening. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the inner hose isn't collapsing.
You didn't change the spray pattern while shower on ?
Sudden pressure surges can cause them to fail.
