Triton shower query

Hi all,

My opal 10.5kw has its PRD kicking in, i think its because the shower head was stuck, replaced the hose and showerhead but water is still pouring out from the prd tube. I gather it needs a replacement prd.

Is this prd easy to replace or do i need to get someone in???
