Triton electric shower always too hot!

Just moved into new house and shower in en-suite is always too hot even on coldest setting.

Have tried changing head with shower in main bathroom (which works fine) with no joy. Any other ideas?

is it plumbed into the hot water line by mistake?

I have wondred that! Havent checked yet - I guess if I run the shower and feel the inlet pipe I should be able to tell?

not enough flow through the shower check the stopcock is fully open.

... and that the solenoid inlet filter isn't blocked.

Checked the inlet pipe while shower running and it was hot -turned off boiler and shower temp works correctly - some idiot plumbed it into the hot water instead of the cold!
