I have had this shower for a number of years now without many issues, living in a hard water area we have had issues with the shower heads in the past (cleaning/replacing) but this week i've now had a further issue with the shower. The outlet valve at the bottom of the unit (next to the tubing for the shower) is making a gurgling noise, sounds as if there is air somewhere in the system. I've held my finger over the hole and the noise stops but comes back again when I remove it.

I've taken the cover off to have a closer look but it didnt help Can anyone advise on what the issue might be please? I have also noticed that there is some water leaking from the temperature dial after taking the cover off shortly after running the shower.

Your help would be appreciated!

take it you mean the prd
the small tube near where the hose screws on.

I have also noticed that there is some water leaking from the temperature dial
the stabiliser valve.
where is it leaking from the top etc ?

The only surprising thing is that your Triton has actually worked for a few years.

A shower pump made by Triton worked for about four days and cost me £300 to replace over the weekend at standard rates.

thanks. I do mean the prd (whatever that is) the small tube near where the hose screws on.

Its leaking (dripping) from the bottom and side of this value, could a seal have gone?

So what can I do to fix it or do I need a replacement?

Thanks for your help

new prd and a new stabiliser valve will sort it. ;)

stabiliser valves useally fail on the top seal where the plunger is.
