Hi all,
My Parents have a Triton T100e shower. The problem it's having is when you click the stop button the water stops being heated but cold water continues to run unless you pull the cord from the ceiling to stop power to the shower, then it will stop the water completely.

Any Ideas what this could be?

Regards

You have a faulty pcb.
There are a few models of the T100e over the yrs, sounds like you have the early model.

A pic would help.

Yes it is the early model as i thought.
The pcb n0 83301390 is now obsolete for this shower.

Yes it is still safe to use for now.
