i have a triton t100e thermostatic care shower that just runs cold water it will not heat up the water even if you a just the temp any advice would be good ta

is the LP light on ?
check the tco on top of the heat can for continuity.
test with mains power off.

Not on;ly are Triton about the worst quality on the market but their after sales must be the worst.
I fitted one of their shower pumps and it worked for just four days. They were not very interested and replacing it with a different make cost me £150 plus FOUR hours work on a Saturday.
Not surprisingly Triton did not even want to replace their faulty pump!
