Triton Shower

Not sure if any one can help but just had an electric triton (rapide 4+) shower 8.5kw fitted and it is only producing cold water? pressure is fine but just no heat? can anyone help with this. Many thanks

Get the installer back under warrantee; if you do anything yourself, you could void the warrantee.
Presumably you have read the user manual and know how to turn temperature up and down.
