triton t70 shower problem

hi can somebody please help . i have a triton t70 shower and it was working fine until this morning . when i pull the cord to switch it on thats fine and the res light comes on the pull cord box on the celing and the power light on the shower comes on too.
but has soon has i select a tempature setting on the shower unit the lights on both the shower and the celing box gos'e off ? any sugestions please

More than likely your pullcord isolator has had it.
Could be something else upstream but I'd start there.

thanks so i need to buy a new pull cord isolator switch then and start there

No, have a look there first of all.

It's pointless buying a new switch if that is not the cause of the fault.
