Triton T90i Flow problem

Hi There, I have a Triton T90i Shower, recently the flow has been getting smaller and smaller. I suspect it is dirt/limescale. Is there something I can do to clean/remove this problem?

Any inputs are greatly appreciated!

is it gravity fed or on mains water pressure,thats the first question?

Is there a filter that needs cleaned out? Are the holes in the shower head clear?
