Triton Topaz 100i low pressure light and no water flow

Hello!

I have a Triton Topaz 100i shower we have had for years with little problem, but just this morning the water stopped and the low pressure light came on, and there was no further water flow. I have tried power cycling it to no avail.

Water pressure seems fine at the taps, so I am presuming it is something inside the unit that has failed, such as maybe the solenoid??

Hopefully someone can help with an answer.

Check the solenoid coil for resistance with a multi meter, should be 3.4 kohms or above.

Check with mains power off.
