trouble starting corsa

i'm having trouble starting my corsa, sometimes it clicks when I try to start it, then sometimes it tries to turn over & gains power as its turning over. I've had the battery tested, thats ok, could it be a dodgy starter motor or altinator

First check the battery and starter motor terminals are clean and have good contacts. Check a good earth by connecting a jump lead from the battery earth to the starter or engine block. If it is still the same symptoms change or have the starter checked /repaired.
