ok .... can explain the square or round differences.

I have been advised for a stone floor, 10mm but is this a square or a "U" round, the tiles are 10mm thick and heavy. and also for the wall...what size for the wall, some have said 10mm u notch as well? they are a 303x305 10mm granite, so they are quite heavy tiles.. wall are fairly smooth. (single part flexi) dont really understand the thick bed/ thin bed thing, some say solid bed is that the same thing?

so can you point me to the correct one for the wall here, or is the 10 ok?

Thank you

Use the 10mm Radius U notched trowel for the flooring. You could use the same trowel for the wall too but you'll use more adhesive. You should be ok with a 6mm or 8mm square notched trowel for the walls.

Thank you, I was hoping yourself, or jasonb would reply.

It depends what adhesive you use. Many manufacturers say you shoud use a solid bed (not notched). Just look on the back of the bag.
