None of that confirms that the child has been deported.
I still stand by my claim that the child hasn't been deported.
If, on the 16th May it is found that the child had been deported I will apologise for my mistake.
I trust you would do the same if it is found that the child wasn't deported?

I have never claimed she wasn't deported, or was deported. I have only said the court has it's doubts.

The claim has been put to them and at the hearing on the 16th they should arrive at a conclusion.

Well yes, as I've said all along.
It was the Judge who arranged the second hearing as he wasn't satisfied by the Government officials responses first time round. He asked to speak to the mother, but that didn't happen.
The only people making that assertion are ICE, which is part of the Trump propaganda machine.
You clearly have confidence that the Trump regime can bully the judiciary into submission so the hearing conveniently finds everything was “done properly”
I find it interesting you actively approve of the Trump regime setting itself above the rule of law
It seems very clear that in no way was the proper process followed:
