On the face of it, the minerals deal doesn't look too bad. USA don't seem to be looking for repayment of past aid. And they no longer seem to be asking for 2 for 1 repayment of future aid. Overall though, it seems a bit vague. There will be a joint fund. It looks like Ukraine will put in 50% of the value of any exploitation of future natural resources and USA will put in various items such as economic and military aid. And each side will own a percentage of the fund proportional to the amount they put in. Is that how others see it?

Looks to be about the size of it. Maybe 'Europe' will offer a better deal. I doubt it. Maybe NATO will welcome Ukraine as a member, I doubt it, (without Turkey's approval anyway).
