If Iran wanted a nuclear bomb they could have built one years ago.
They said they didn't need a nuclear bomb.
They probably regret that now.

The American policy has been to fund and support Israel in its takeover of Gaza, West Bank, Golan Heights, Jerusalem and parts of Lebanon.

The repetitive unprovoked attacks by Israel and USA ensures that Iran will work toward improved defensive capabilities. Who wouldn't?

And the rationale for Gulf War 2 was the nebulous idea of WMD.
The rationale for the USA involvement in the Vietnam war was the discredited attack by North Vietnam in the Gulf of Tonkin.

The three demands from the US involve.
Nuclear.
Ballistic weapons programme.
Funding of terror proxies in the region.

Iran won't agree.

Well it won't be the first time. US foreign policy is littered with occasions when international law was flouted.
I doubt it'll be the last.

Trumpf will probably TACO on this one when he realises it will backfire, not help, the mid terms. If he doesn’t he will still suffer badly in the mid terms and find himself drawn into Gulf 3. What’s not to like Donald? I would be delighted to be proved wrong and for Irann to be drawn into a western style democracy, the type that we have now and that the right wingers hate.
 
On the other hand, Trump might just kickstart a kerfuffle with the mullahs just to deflect from the Epstein Files.

He is that desperate.
