Yep. Because he's got dirt on all of them and wants to control the order of business to suit himself. They'll be no governing happening, just a stream of petty investigations into democrats and rule changes to make it easier for trump to run again

He tried Weds Thurs and Friday and failed miserably. They all ignored the orange moron.
Odds' point was that the vote was democratic, because Mccarthy had (by an-admittedly circuitous route) been voted for in the first place.
Presumably on the basis of what he stood for.
When he's binned much of what he stood for to get him mitts on the prize, he's no longer representing those who put him forward to represent them.
Like binning the manifesto you were elected on.
That's not democratic.
I've often heard it said that when people vote for what they've been told, and it turns out that they actually get something quite different, they have been tricked and should have the chance to speak again
Sadly we live in an undemocratic country, and politicians are allowed to lie.

Very similar to our "democratic" process.
it's not perfect, and it could be improved. But it's a lot better than some of the other choices.
or are you saying our system is not democratic ?
