Trunking suggestion?

I currently have a single earth wire running in trunking between consumer unit under the stairs and my kitchen.

I'm running a new 6mm T&E along the same route and obviously need to replace the trunking. About 5m

Any suggestions on the size and type of trunking?

Cheers. Would the 25 X 16 be too tight?

It will be too tight if there are any corners/bends.
