hello
so discovered our combi boiler has been losing pressure and finally traced it to a radiator and the TRV head on the floor in pieces and a very wet carpet.
i've turned the non-TRV head off depressurised the rad and the area around the spring loaded pin is still filing up with water then overflowing.
i can't seem to find any immediate way to stop this before i can tackle the next problem - finding a compatible TRV head as it appears that the one it had is no longer available, in fact i can't even find it on the manufacturers website or anywhere else on the net. It's an Optima B6.
I've attached some photo's in the hope someone might have a solution to both issues!
(i'm reluctant to remove and use one of the other Optima B6 heads from another rad in case that one leaks too).View media item 106058View media item 106057View media item 106056View media item 106055View media item 106054View media item 106053
