Tudor Boards - replacing

Post a pic on here when it’s all done. Try and render first and plant the boards on top it will show the true thickness of the boards.
 
I was actually going to go back to the company and ask if we should render first or not, but I see what you mean by rendering before the boards are up.
 
One we did last week, rendered first, bang the Tudor’s on top.

The PVC boards look terrible though, unless you like the plasticy shine.

As another poster said, get some decent treated timber.
