Once my house gets warm the (combi C&M Britony combi SE)boiler seems to get lazy. It will turn itslef on every few minutes but a couple of hours after the house has warmed up it gets cooler but boiler doesn't seem to kick in again unless I turn the heat setting on the boiler all the way off and then back up again. It then gets nice and warm.

Doesn't seem to happen if boiler stat is set to max. Any ideas?

Thanks

The boiler's temperature sensor might be failing when its hot.

Thats unusual but sometimes happens.

I would replace it with a pot on test!
