TVR radiator valves

TVR radiator valves should they be fitted to inlet side or outlet side on radiator?

Modern ones can go on the flow or return, should be an arrow on them showing direction of flow

system is 11yrs old and the valves are MYSON two way valves does this mean they can be connected either side of the radiator?

Oh, and it's TRV TVR was a great British sports car brand in the 90's/ early 2000's, not a thermostatic radiator valve

yes supposedly but some bi-directional valves still cause a noise nuisance
