plastic is fine, and yes the conduit is bendable with a spring to stop it crushing.. just like copper water pipe is..

So a small and discreet surface box fixed to a window frame, supplied via a switched FCU, would address both of those concerns.

Still the lack of shutters to deal with though.......

The deepest metal boxes I can find are 47mm which is the cooker box and the floor screed thickness will be 75mm therefore 28mm difference. Do you screws/plugs the metal boxes to the concrete base then use longer socket screws or pack the boxes up to the correct level to the floor screed finish then may have a problem with conduit trunking being tilted near the sockets?
