I want to raise the floor of my kitchen by 20mm and to cover it with a laminate. By chance two layers of underlay and one layer of laminate is exactly 20mm. Do you think it would be OK two put one layer of underlay on top of another?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

No, not ok. You run the risk of a bouncing and wobbly floor.

Use plywood to level up
