I have two loose tiles on in a bath. Would you take off and reset. It's a solid wall. Or is there a possibility of just re-grouting them?

You probably got water behind them.
Happened to me years ago.
I took them off, cleaned them & replaced, ensuring no moisture could get there.

Better to do it right, raggle/grind out the grout and remove, remove the old adhesive, dry the wall behind with a hairdryer and re-fix with new adhesive, then re-grout.

Just grouting would hold it for a while but would eventually crack and fail

If they’re loose, just re-grouting won’t hold them long-term. Best bet is to carefully remove them, clean off the old adhesive, and reset them with fresh tile adhesive. Once set, re-grout and seal around the bath with fresh silicone.

If they’re only slightly loose, you could try injecting some adhesive behind with a syringe, but that’s more of a short-term fix. Since it’s a bath area, better to do it properly now and avoid water getting behind!
