I can see some spark swapping the RCD out at 10pm at night with the intentions of returning.......but never did!

It's a board change, new postion. The house is being renovated room by room, so its a back and forth job and will evntually be a complete rewire. I'm guessing the problem will be with the lighting circuit as its all in one breaker at present (probably shared nuetrals) and for some reason it was put on the rcd side of the board.
