I'll try and keep this short and succint.
1) I have approved plans in place for a side extension.
2) I wanted to make some changes to these plans (change front window into dormer style) Though the changes were minor ie no change in size/footprint the planners wanted a fresh application. This has been submitted and is under consideration.
This has a high probability of being approved.
3) I've now decided I'd like to add a rear extension. I'd like to save some time and not wait until 2) has been decided.
Can I submit another proposal with just the rear extension on it so that I have two proposals running at the same time?
