Two spurs for lighting from a double socket

Hi,

Is it possible for me to take two fused spurs from a double socket on a ring to power two lighting fixtures in a kitchen if fuses are 3amp each ?
 
Take ONE fused spur (3 or 5 amps), supplying a 2 gang switch. Same number of wall plates as your proposal.
 
And don't forget to notify LABC before you commence work :wink:
