Can anyone advise on whether I can apply Tyrolean rendering onto a rendered and Sandtexed exterior wall. Wall is smoothish and dry!

it will depend on how well the sandtex is adhered to the render and the potential damage the wet tyrolean can have on the sandtex's bonding ability.
