i've just finished a small rendering job with a tyrolean finish. now the next door neighbours want the same done and much more, happy days.

my only problem is that tyrolean is really expensive and not many places seem to stock it. the cheapest i've found is £20+vat a bag. i'm sure i've read something on here about making your own tyrolean but i cant find it again.

if you can make it yourself, is it any different in appearance or application?

any help would be greatly appreciated

I would use Cullamix Tom. It's made for the job, and it'll be consistent. I've never made my own mix,nor do i know anyone who has so i can't offer any advice on that,,, but others on here might.
