Really, get real. Just look at the modern equipment we have to specially design, to move that sort of weight, and that on modern roads. Back then - no modern lifting equipment, no smooth roads, doubtful even wheels.

Again, all that means is you don't know how they did it. there is no evidence that someone else did it.
