No, you've never said why you think that it can't be replicated. You quoted Google AI summarising Reddit, but even it didn't explain why.

And the Penn link showed the same damned tool marks.

You refuse to accept you're wrong, even when your own evidence explicitly says you're wrong. Power drills don't affect the hardness of a drill and it's ability to cut a material. If it did you'd just do your core drills with cheaper tools and at a slower speed to save on those diamond tipped bits.
Power tools don’t make any difference, ok.

The paper you posted.

"On the other hand, Petrie may have been correct in one respect and possibly wrong in another: emery could have been used since we found its use with a copper tube produced concentric cutting lines (Fig. 7b)"

Proves Penn did it with power tools ?

I must have missed the bit where they say the Egyptians definitely used hand held copper drills ?
I'm trying to understand where you're struggling here.

Do you think copper tools and abrasives can cust granite with power tools, because Penn did that.

Do you think that Copper tools leave matching machine marks for both the slab and the core? Because Penn did that.

do you think that Copper tools with abrasives can only cut granite when they're going at some particular speed? Because that's not how drills work.

Where is your tiny mind struggling here.

With power tools ?

That’s how it was done, obviously. You can see his run out will be a little bit more that core 7, oh and it’s sand stone, not granite.

I’ve changed my mind now. Copper it was…..nt

So no answer. Despite it being possible and demonstrated you still insist it isn't possible.

Your only objection is that hand tools can't cut granite. Which is nonsense. It's hard, slow and no one would do it if they had a power tool to hand, but it is possible.

Great idea, I love both subjects so best of both worlds,

Sure, post up the evidence that the translation is wrong and we can take a look.

On the other hand, post up evidence that the translation is absolutely correct, despite parts of the original being missing, and that it is true, rather than a simple boast.
