OK - in your world you tell people you like what they say when you disagree with what they say.

In your world you thank people for saying things you wish they hadn't said.

Makes it a bit difficult to have discussions based on logic and reason with you, doesn't it.

Nobody wants people to drown, but the more people who set to sea in small boats not capable of making the journey in anything other than mild conditions will drown.
The more we provide mid way pick up services by the RNLI and coastguard, the more we encourage people to risk drowning.

Sometimes RNLI, or the coastguard, might not have the resources available, or fail to get there in time, and there is a disaster.

It's wrong to encourage them, by habitually rescuing them mid-channel. It simply encourages them to take the risk.

As I said why does it seem UK is racist the rest of the world isn't.
Imagine you're with your family, including some young children, you're strolling through the park, and you encounter a group of foreigners, black, brown, or any other coloured skin. Do you encourage your children to interact with them, and greet them as friends who you're pleased to meet?, despite the obvious language difficulties?
Do you think it's weird behaviour, irresponsible behaviour, not British?

It's the kind of greeting you would encounter frequently in Asian countries. Their children are not only taught to not be frightened of foreigners, they are taught to be kind, polite, friendly and welcoming.

So in answer to your question, British children are taught to be wary and unfriendly to foreigners.
It's not limited to only British children.
