Well that was very confusing stud finder found no studs but I could tell by tapping different tones all along so I drilled a pilot hole and tried to push a stick through. Got stuck left got stick right hmm. Just went for it because it’s getting late. It’s made out of cardboard

OK it's that, where abouts is this?
Just remove enough to take the drylining box, chances are good for pushing along a row or column to reach where you want the cable to exit.

Yes done, that is the wall facing the living room where the socket is going. I went over the door as in one of your suggestions

Thanks for all the help. Will wire it in tommorow we ran out of time
