I would like some advice on installing a toilet and small basin in the space under the stairs. We had a rear and side extension built 5 years ago and should have done it then with hindsight. So the space is under the stairs but within the side extension which is now a utility room.
So, would like advice on minimum space requirements and also building regs regarding ventilation and waste disposal.
I will try and provide some indication of the space in question with pics or drawings.
